Our Safer Scouting Assistance Portal will assist you in ensuring that your complaints go wherever it can be effectively addressed.
The Safer Scouting Portal allows Scouts, Scout Leaders, and Stakeholders to report complaints or grievances that may affect the well-being of Scouts.

Please be ready to answer questions coming from our team.
1. Reporting. Any Scout, Scout Leader, parent may report or air a grievance via this Form.
2. Investigation, Analysis, and Referral to relevant authorities. Our team will review the complaint or report. This will be investigated and analyzed with respect to existing policies of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Sensitive cases will be automatically referred to the Local Council, the Regional Coordinating Office, or through the National Office.
3. Provision of Assistance. Depending on the severity or nature of the complaint, a Chapter representative will reach out to the person who filed the complaint and offer any specific assistance the Chapter is able to provide.
